Go Logowear waives any liability in case of inventory shortages.
If Go Logowear is unable to deliver a product ordered through its gologowear.com site, the buyer will be notified accordingly by e-mail or telephone. If such is the case, any amount charged to your credit card for products, including delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible, or a suitable replacement will be provided with your approval and appropriate adjustments made to the order.

Go Logowear standard shipping is through Purolator to areas in Canada serviced by Purolator. Standard ground shipping of finished products is 3 – 5 days. Other express options or delivery methods may be available. Please discuss with your customer service representative if required. 1-855-246-5646.
Because the products purchased through this website are decorated with a logo, artwork, or graphic, it is understood that products ordered through gologowear.com will be shipped when the decoration process is completed, which may vary by product, from days to weeks, or in the case or overseas orders, months. Go Logowear will not be held liable for any shipping or delivery delays out of their control in the normal course of business.
Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted for online buying on the gologowear.com web site. We honour Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Go Logowear.com allows you to exchange a product purchased online or obtain a refund if the product is deemed defective by Go Logowear Ltd. Please note products that are decorated with your logo are not returnable unless they are defective. Please inspect your orders and notify us within 5 days of delivery if there are any concerns with your order.
What happens if your order is incomplete? Sometimes items in specific sizes, colours, or models may be out of stock, but will be supplied as soon as available from supplier to Go Logowear. In these backorders situations we will make every effort to supply the item to you in a timely manner after the initial delivery. If the item is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be suggested to you, or a refund for the amount reflective of the product not available will be made to you. If you have concerns about a product being on backorder, please confirm with our service reps that your order can be completely filled.
